I am a native of North Carolina and I spent 30 years living and working in the Asheville area.  My wife, Jeannie, and I began visiting Saint Simons in the late 90’s, and as most people do, we fell in love with the island.  We purchased our first home here in 2014 and became permanent residents not long after.

As a real estate professional, my desire is to help others do what we did – find them their perfect island home.  I want to offer each of my clients the highest in customer service and to walk with them through every step of their real estate purchase or sale.

My philosophy is to treat each customer the way I would want a real estate agent to treat me.  Communication, character, and competence are top priorities for me, and I am proud and excited to be a part of a team who shares the same values here at DeLoach Sotheby’s International Realty.

Buying property is a complex and stressful task. In fact, it’s often the biggest single investment you will make in your lifetime. At the same time, real estate transactions have become increasingly complicated.  As a GRI designee, I have enhanced my education and have developed a solid foundation of knowledge and skills to navigate the current real estate climate.


The Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation is for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process. With it, I am equipped to assist buyers with the highest degree of competence and knowledge.



The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation.  It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance. It provides a comprehensive foundation of skill development, training and resources to help real estate professionals represent the interests of sellers in today’s marketplace.



As a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor, I am equipped to assist sellers to determine a reasonable and realistic valuation of their home in the real estate market.  There are so many variables that go into pricing a home.  As a PSA, I am able to guide my sellers through all the aspects of that process, from identifying comparable sales in their neighborhood and adjusting them properly.  I provide all of my clients with a comprehensive CMA, or Comparative Marketing Analysis, that I guide them through to determine where their home will best sell in the current market.



With the advancement of technology and everything moving towards a virtual platform, it is incumbent upon real estate agents to stay on top of the latest tech trends.  Most buyers are starting their search online, so if we can hone our tech skills and meet the consumer on a technical level, we can serve them more efficiently.  With the e-Pro designation, I am equipped to stay ahead of that technological curve, and use the virtual real estate tools available to make my clients experience more beneficial.
